Contracted Personal Care
What is Contracted Personal Care?
Community Living Alliance (CLA) contracts with Managed Care Organizations and funders to provide services that assist individuals to live independently in the community. These services include personal cares such as bathing and dressing, as well as light housekeeping and home chores that directly relate to the client's care needs. CLA receives a Plan of Care or authorization of services from the organization contracting for services.
Who is eligible?

CLA's Role In Contracted Personal Care Programs
- Recruit and schedule Personal Care Workers that best meet the client's needs or hire workers of the client's choice (provided the applicant passes the CLA screening process).
- Train and supervise Personal Care Workers in the client’s home.
