A. You may contact recruitment staff at msghr@clanet.org to verify the receipt of your application materials.

Q. How do I contact the hiring manager who is handling the position I applied for?
A. You may contact recruitment staff at msghr@clanet.org with any questions you may have regarding the position you are applying for. Be sure to include the title of the position you applied for and the posting number if you have it. Your message will be forwarded to the appropriate staff.

Q. Can I just send in my resume in lieu of an application?
A. Sure, you can just send in your resume, cover letter and recent salary history. However, if you are invited to interview, you will be asked to complete an application at that time.

Q. If I am not selected for the position I applied for, will I automatically be a candidate for future positions that fit my qualifications?
A. Your resume will remain in our files for 1 year. However, to ensure your candidacy for future positions, you must re-apply for each position you are interested in.

Q. How long do you keep my application materials on file?
A. Your application materials will remain on file for at least 1 year.

Q. Will you tell me when I am no longer a candidate for the position I've been considered for?
A. If you are interviewed but not selected for a position, you will receive a letter indicating that you were not selected.

Q. How do I find out what the salary range is for the position I am interested in?
A. While we don't publish salary information in our advertisements and online job postings, we welcome you to contact recruitment staff for this information. Be sure to include the position title and job posting number if you have it.
