What services does CLA offer adults?
Case Management services such as:
- Service Facilitation through the Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program
- Support Brokering for IRIS or Managed Care participants or individuals paying privately
*All case management services are individualized, client-driven and focused on supporting client self-determination.
Personal Care services through Medical Assistance Personal Care Services (MAPC). Services provided at home include:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Bathroom assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meals
- Nurse-delegated tasks such as mechanical lift transfers, G-tube feeding, catheter care, etc.
