What Information We Collect

Community Living Alliance collects general information and non-public information.

Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username, or similar identifier.

Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address, email addresses and telephone numbers.

Profile Data Includes your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

Usage/Systems Data includes information about how you use our website, products, and/or services, how you use our products in a live working environment.

Marketing and Communications Data no information, to include mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. Community Living Alliance collects our general information through the use of cookies and server-based tracking systems to view the usage of the website.
